What is common between Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Rowan Atkinson, Jim Carrey and Conan O’ Brien?
These celebrities have ALL spoken about importance of mental health, have confessed to the bouts of depression they have suffered from some point in their lives despite of the glamor and limelight, fan-fare and have also agreed to have sought therapy to heal from their mental health issues.
Statistics show that a student commits suicide very hour in India.
Recently, Tanmay Bhat, co-founder of AIB spoke to his audience through his social media handles about depression, self esteem issues, that they are “not alone” and everyone must ask for help and that seeking therapy should not be a social taboo.
