  • To reduce the extremities of side effects of coffee, it is advisable to have adequate intake of water.
  • One should restrict the consumption of coffee max by 400 mg per day.
  • Moreover a person may also undergo medical treatment, including intravenous fluids, supplements.
  • Activated charcoal is also used to stop caffeine from entering the gut.
  • Taking a walk or carrying out any physical activity can be useful to stop feeling restless.
