If you want to Master the Law of Attraction-
There is no rocket science in law of attraction it is all about turning good intentions into positive action. The very first thing you must learn to do, is how to relax physical body and as well as how to relax your monkey mind (restless, unsettled or confuse mind) .
Physical Body Relaxation-
Drink Lots of water (8 Glasses)
Any form of exercise (Walking, Yoga, Gym or Dance)
Hot water bath / Salt bath
Eat healthy food
Good Sleep (8 Hrs in a day)
Mental Body Relaxation –
If you are not meditating 10 minutes a daily it means you’re robbing yourself of an amazing chance to change your life. You need to relax both physical and mental relaxation.
If you have hectic schedule you don’t need to do doing elaborate guided meditations—just closing your eyes and focusing on taking steady, deep breaths can have a huge impact on your well-being. Similarly, you can try relaxing every muscle in your body, slowly working from the tips of your toes to the top of your head.
FIND A COMFORTABLE POSITION – SILENCE YOUR MIND – JUST BREATH
There is no one “correct” way to meditate—as long as you’re focused and mindful, you’re likely on the right track. You can a chant mantra or a verse that you can relate to as well.
By its very nature meditation , the law of attraction connects you with higher purpose, when you start practicing the techniques, you begin to see beyond the mundane, ordinary world. A new, brighter world opens up to you that is brimming with possibility. Put your mind in a place that easily gives and receives loves. Meditation is an important part of the law of attraction because it takes self-awareness in the absence of judgement to get what you want. you directly connect with source of energy. This is very simple You stop your negative thoughts thereby removing obstacles to manifestation. And since you don’t have any “speed bumps”, it takes you less time to attract what you want. You start attracting miracles in your life.
