Menstruation or Periods is something all women go through. However, there are some for whom menstruation is painful and irritating thing, for some it is something they are worried about every month and they spend those 5-7 days as an escape looking for a places to hide the proof that their bodies have mechanism due to which they can be a mother, and for some others it is the reason to believe in taboos and creating restrictions.
